摘要
对超声波辅助水萃取在枸杞多糖提取中的应用进行了研究,并确定了最佳的提取条件:提取时间为40min,料液比为1∶20,提取温度为60℃,而在此条件下提取率可达到72.97%,纯度为93.09%。
The technology of ultrasonic-aided water extraction of lycium barbarum polysaccharide was investigated, and ensured the best processing parameters:extracting time is 40 min,water is used as much as 20 mL/g lycium barbarm, extracting temperature is 60 ℃,in this condition, the extracting rate can reach 72.97 %,the purity is 93.09 %.
