摘要
介绍了我国杨梅种植、贮藏保鲜、商品化处理、杨梅制品的加工等现状,并提出了发展杨梅产业的相关建议。
Waxberry＇s producing is a high efficient type agriculture, having great consequence in the fruit pro duction of our country. The paper introduced the status of waxberry planting, storaging, merchandized handling and waxberry processing. Some suggestion was proposed for the development of waxberry industry.
