摘要
根据气相色谱分析计算出小麦胚芽油在超临界ＣＯ２中的可溶性压力和最大溶解度压力。
Pressures for miscibility and maxima solubility of wheat germ oil in SC-CO 2 were calculated according to chromatograph analysis. Solubilities of wheat germ oil in SC-CO 2 at different extraction conditions and moisture contents were investigated.
