摘要
选用432羽1日龄AA肉用公雏,随机分成36组,每组12羽,采用五因素部分实施的二次回归几乎正交旋转组合设计估测0-2周龄肉用仔鸡钙、磷、锰、锌及维生素D3的适宜需要量,并建立估测其生产性能的回归方程。结果表明:日粮中适宜的钙、磷(非植酸磷)浓度为:1.00%,0.50%,钙磷的适宜比例为:1.8-2.2,锰、锌、维生素D3的浓度分别为:80-89ppm、106-125ppm、1515-1250IU/Kg。
one-day-old Abro Acres broilers were randomly allocated to 36 groups of 12 replicates according to the second-order regression, nearly orthogonal rotatable composite factorial design. The purpose of the experiment is to determine the optimal requirment of calcium , phosphorus ,manganese , zinc, vitamin D 3 for broiler chickens aged from 0 to 2 weeks ,and to determine the regression model estimating broiler chickens performance .The results are as following : the optimal dietary levels of calcium and phosphorus (available phosphorus )are 1.00%and 0.50%, respectively; the optimal ratio of calcium to phosphorus is 1.8to 2.2 ;the optimal dietary levels of manganese ,zinc , vitamin D 3 are 80 to 89ppm, 106 to 125ppm ,1515 to 1250IU/kg , respectively.
