应激性免疫抑制因子对四氧嘧啶性糖尿病血糖和血清胰岛素的影响

Effect of stress-induced immunosupperessive factors on blood glucose and serum insulin in alloxan-mduce diabetes

本文利用比色和放免方法,观察了应激性免疫抑制因子对四氧嘧啶性糖尿病小鼠血糖和血清胰岛素的影响,结果表现,应激性免疫抑制因子能够对抗 Alloxan 所致的高血糖和低胰岛素,具有保护胰岛 B 细胞作用。

The effects of stress-induced immunosupperessive factors on blood glucose and serum insulin were observed in alloxan-induce diabetic mice by using chromatometry and radioimmunoassay.The results indicated that the supperessive factors could antagonze hyperglycemia and lower serum insulin level induced by alloxan and play a role in preventing pancreatic island B cell.
