摘要
[目的]开展超声探头微生物污染流行病学调查,掌握微生物污染分布特点及影响因素,为制订控制对策提供依据。[方法]对我院的8台超声诊断仪的19个未消毒的体外探头进行微生物学目标性监测和问卷调查,对采集到228份监测标本进行菌型鉴定、药物敏感试验。[结果]标本带菌阳性率为进行63.16%,菌落数为(22.63±21.79)cfu/cm2,培养出金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌等致病菌及医院感染常见菌、多重耐药菌等多株;影响超声探头的微生物污染的主要因素有:清洁时间、使用科别、监测季节及探头类型等。[结论]超声探头微生物污染严重,存在多种致病菌、条件致病菌及多重耐药菌。因此,必须形成日常清洁消毒制度并加强监督管理,消除医疗隐患,保障医疗安全。
[Objeetive] To carry out epidemiological diagnoses of microbial contamination on ultrasound probes, understand its distribution characteristics and affecting factors and provide evidences for control strategy. [ Methods] Microbiology objective routine monitor and questionnaire survey of 19 nonsterile in vitro probes of 8 diasonographs in our hospital were conducted. Type classification and drug resistance evaluation were carried out in 228 monitoring samples. [ Results] The positive bacterium carrying ratio of specimens was 63.16%, with coneentration of (22.63± 21.79) cfu/cm^2. S.aureus, pseudomonas aeruginesa and other universal pathogene bacteria were cultivated with some multi-drug resistant bacterium. The main affecting factors of the microbial contamination on probes were cleaning time, different departments, seasonal monitoring, probe typos and so on. [Conclusion] There is severe contamination from several types of pathogene and multi-drug resistant bacterium on Ultrasound probes. So routine disinfection rule should be formed and we should strengthen the supervision to avoid hidden medical danger and ensure medical safety.
