Ⅲ期贲门胃底癌患者术前药物诱导性高压化疗的疗效分析

摘要 [目的]探讨术前药物诱导性高压化疗对Ⅲ期贲门胃底癌的疗效。[方法]49例Ⅲ期贲门胃底癌患者随机分成观察组19例,对照组30例,术前均接受1周期化疗。观察组(IHC组)采用化疗+AT·Ⅱ,对照组(单纯化疗组)采用单纯化疗。二组患者均休息3周后接受手术。[结果]观察组有效率63.2%(12/19),手术切除率84.2%(16/19),对照组有效率30%(9/30),手术切除率63.3%(19/30)。两组患者均未增加手术并发症及手术风险。[结论]Ⅲ期贲门胃底癌患者术前行药物诱导性高压化疗疗效满意,可明显降低分期,提高手术切除率。开展IHC是一很有前途的化疗途径。对于远期疗效有待进一步观察。 [Objective] To explore the effect of preoperative induced hypertension chemotherapy on exairesis ratios of theⅢ staging cardia or fundus of stomach carcinoma. [Methods] 49 cases of the llI staging cardia or fundus of stomach carcinoma were divided into two groups randomly. The observation group included 19 cases and the control group included 30 cases. Chemotherapy and AT-Ⅱ was used in the observation group (IHC group), and simple chemotherapy was used in the control group (simple chemotherapy group) . The cases in the two groups recieved operation after 3 weeks. [ Results] The effective power in observation group was 63.2% (12/19), and the exairesis ratio was 84.2% (16/19) . The effective power in control group was 30% (9/30), and the exairesis ratios was 63.3% (19/30) . The operative complications and risks of the two groups didn't increase. [Conclusion] IHC can increase the exairesis ratios of Ⅲ staging cardia or fundus of stomach carcinoma obviously. IHC is a chemotherapy method that has good future, and it's long term efficacy needs further observation.
