打字对指端感觉和脑、指血流方面的影响

摘要 [目的]探讨打字对人员脑血流、指血流、指端痛觉、振动觉和冷水刺激后皮肤温度恢复时间的影响,以验证打字的全身性作用。[方法]选择167名长期打字人员和60名不打字职员,通过他们的指端振动觉、痛觉,双侧脑血流图和无名指血流图以及冷水刺激后的皮肤温度和痛觉的比较,以验证打字的全身性影响。[结果]各指标两组间差异均有统计学意义。[结论]打字能影响末梢血管的弹性,使其紧张性增强,皮肤温恢复时间延长,振动觉阈值和痛觉阈值增高。定性地验证打字的全身性作用。 [ Objective] To discuss the effect of typewriting on personnel's brain bloodstream, finger bloodstream, fingertip algesia, vibration perception, recovery time of skin temperature after cold water stimulation, so as to verify the systemic effect of typewriting. [Methods] 167 long-term typists and 60 non-typists were chosen to verify the systemic effect of typewriting through the comparison among their fingertip vibration perception, algesia, both-side cerebral blood flow map, the ring finger blood flow map, skin temperature and algesia after cold water stimulation. [ Results] There were statistical differences in these indices between the two groups. [ Conclusion ] typewriting can affect the elasticity of distal vessel, enhance its tensity, extend the recovery time of skin temperature, and increase the threshold value of vibration perception and algesia. Qualitative verification of the systemic effect of typewriting is observed.
