摘要
针对黄河源头区水土流失严重,水源涵养功能降低,生态环境日趋恶化的现状,提出了水土流失综合治理的对策措施。
Aiming at the status of water and soil erosion seriously, decreased function of water conservation and eco-environment deteriorate gradually, Comprehensive control measures have been suggested for control water and soil erosion.
