摘要
日本的教师培养和现职教师的研修制度,在2000年前后发生了很大的变化。本文在讨论教师资格更新制度的基础上,探讨应如何扩充培养教师实践能力的必修科目,进一步研究关于培养教师的专门职业研究生院设置等问题。
There are big changes in Japan's teacher's training and faculty development around-2000.First,this paper introduced teacher's qualification renovation system in Japan.Then,it discussed how to enlarge the compulsory subjects for enhancing the practical competence of teachers.Furthermore,it studied the setup of the special professional graduate school for training teachers.
