运用文献资料法,访谈、问卷调查等方法,对我国目前青少年篮球后备人才培养的主要途径、培养的地域分布特点、整体训练水平及相关因素进行较全面的分析,以期发现我国在篮球后备人才培养环节上存在的不足,从而为决策部门更加科学合理的规划我国篮球运动的未来发展目标提供有益的参考。

By the way of literature searching, interview and questionnaire, this essay analyzed the main method, terrain distribution characteristics, the overall training level and other correlated factors of current Chinese basketball researved talents. The purpose was to find the reasons of inadequecy of training basketball researved talents and to provide reference to decision - making section hoping it could plan the development of Chinese basketball more scientifically and reasonably.
