基于层次分析法对我国中长跑运动员选材体系的研究

Research of Selection System of Middle and Long-distance Runners Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

为了提高我国中长跑运动项目选材水平,应用层次分析法(AHP)原理建立中长跑运动员综合评价的递阶层次结构——评价指标体系,确定了44项具体评价指标;根据专家咨询所提供的判断矩阵,求出各层次因素的权重和综合评判系数。结果表明:AHP的应用,为我国中长跑运动员的评价优选和训练提供了实用的方法。

To improve the selection of middle and long - distance runners, the author used AHP to set up an evaluating index system with 44specific evaluation index determined, that is, a hierarchical structure to comprehensively evaluate middle and long-distance runners. According to the determining matrix provided by expert interviews, the weighing and evaluating modulus of all level factors were calculated. The results indicated that application of AHP provided a practical approach to select and train middle and long- distance runners.
