摘要
目前普通高校的体育教学基本采用选项课教学,但随着教育改革的发展,这种模式的不足之处也逐渐显露出来。研究将实验对象分为两组,实验组在普通选项课教学中进行一定时间的素质训练,对照组采用正常的教学方法,通过15周的教学后发现:虽然两组的选项课成绩没有明显差异,但两组的身体素质出现了一定的差异,实验组好于对照组,该结果表明在普通教学中进行系统的素质练习,可以有效提高学生身体素质,促进学生技术的掌握和提高。
As the development of educational reform, the mode of teaching optional content in PE class gradually shows insufficiency. The writers divided the objects into two groups, and committed some certain time for the experimental group to be trained their physical fitness in optional PE course, while the control group took usual course. After 15 weeks of teaching, the writers found out that the two groups had no significant difference in their technical scores, on the other side the physical fitness was evidently different - the experimental group was better than the control group. So the conclusion was made that systematic physical fitness training was feasible during general optional PE teaching which could enforce the students' physical fitness and improve their capability of mastering techniques.
