An Asymmetrical Study on the Principle of Politeness in Interculture Communication

礼貌是各社会各群体共有的普遍现象,但由于文化的不同导致了礼貌原则的不同。本文的目的在于通过揭示不同文化产生的原因,分析价值观、世界观、民族性格等文化因素,语言、思维方式、态度、思维定势等心理因素,物理环境、心理环境、时间环境等环境因素对文化产生的影响,揭示礼貌原则的差异及产生的内在原因,即信息非对称,提出了可行性的礼貌方式和沟通策略。

Politeness is the common phenomenon among all the communities and societies, while the cultural difference, the principle of politeness is quite different. The purpose of the paper is to show the basic and inner reason why the principle of politeness is quite different （ ie. the information asymmetry） through analysing the reason for the cultural difference, analysing all kinds of elements - the cultural elements; the psychological elements and the environmental elements to put forward the politeness ways and communication strategies.
