宫颈癌动脉介入新辅助化疗近期疗效分析

Value of preoperative arterial interventional neoadjuvant chemotherapy in cervical cancer

目的：探讨动脉介入新辅助化疗对宫颈癌的近期临床疗效及其毒副作用。方法：采用以顺铂为主的化疗方案，对20例宫颈癌患者进行术前动脉介入化疗。化疗1-2个疗程后手术，观察近期疗效及毒副反应。结果：临床近期有效率达85．O％（17／20），手术切除率达90．0％（18／20），2例患者因期别晚，而进行化疗后放疗。2例患者化疗后出现白细胞严重降低，其余的毒副反应较轻。结论：动脉介入新辅助化疗可提高宫颈癌的近期疗效，化疗毒副反应轻，患者耐受性好。

Objective： To investigate the short- term clinical efficacy and toxicities of preoperative arterial interventional neoadjuvant chemotherapy in cervical cancer. Methods： 20 eases of cervical cancer underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy using cisplatin - based regiments. After 1 - 2 courses of chemotherapy, the clinical efficacy and toxicities were observed. Results： The overall response rate wsa 85.0% （ 17/20）. The surgeu rate was 90.0% （18/20）, 2 cases of the patients lost the operation chance and accepted radiotherapy for late stage. Low leukocyte appeared in 2 cases, the other toxicities were light. Conclusion： preoperative arterial interventional neoadjuvant chemotherapy could improve the short - term efficacy of cervical cancer, and the toxicities are light, patients could tolerate well.
