摘要
调脂新主要由黄芩、首乌等中药组成，临床疗效好。以72．5g／kg145g／kg剂量，ig，20d，可明显降低高脂模型大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL—C、VLDL—C及APOB100水平，升高APOAI／APOB100和HDL—C／TC比值，抑制大鼠主动脉内膜初步病理改变，显示其具有明显的调脂抗动脉粥样硬化作用。
Mainly composed of Radix Scutellariae, Radix Polygoni Multiflori, etc, Tiaozhixin Capsules showed good clinical effects. It can obviously decrease the levels of serum TC,TG,LDL -C,VLDL-C and ApoB100 of high-fat model rat, raise the specific value of ApoAL/ApoB 100 and HDL-C/TC, inhibit the primary pathologic change of aorta internal-membrane of rat, which indicated that it possesses obvious action of decreasing fat and anti-atheroscherosis.
