摘要
银屑病关节炎（psoriatic arthritis，PsA）是一种慢性炎症性关节病，常在银屑病的基础上出现。早在19世纪初就有关于关节炎和银屑病共存现象的记载．但PsA一度被认为是同时患类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）和银屑病。直到1964年美国风湿病学会（ACR）才首次确认PsA为一独立风湿性疾病，但关于PsA是否为独立疾病仍存在争论。有学者认为其是RA的一种变异型；还有学者认为新发慢性多关节炎是未分化的，随时间推移将出现更多典型特征．起病初期合并银屑病缺乏疾病分类价值。
