摘要
用卵蛋白致敬豚鼠(致敏组)后气道反应性显著升高。致敏组支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中的细胞总数、分类和嗜酸如胞(Eos)绝对计数均匀对照组无显著差异.但BALF中低密度Eos(HE)和(道上皮细胞(BEC)的百分比却显著高于对照组,且与豚鼠对组胺的气道反应性PC20值呈显著负相关。用雷公藤甲素处理致敏豚鼠后,气道反应性显著降低,BALF中HE和BEC也显著减少。提示Eos活化及气道上皮损伤可能在致敏豚鼠的气道高反应性中起重要作用,雷公藤甲素可能是防治哮喘的新途径。
The effect of tripholide extracted from a Chinese herb Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. on airway hyperresponsiveaess of sensitized guinea pigs was studied by ovaihumin and the association of eosinopbils and airway epithelial cells with airway responsiveness. Though there were no significant difference of the total cell counts, cell catalogue and absolute eosinbphil counts in the bronchalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from the sensitized and control animals, the percentage of hypodense eosinophils and epithelial cells in BALF for the sensitized guinea pigs was markedly bigher by than that of the controls . Furthermore, the perceatage of bypodense eosinophils and epithelail cells was closely related to airway responsiveness to bistamine. Treatment with tripholide (8μg/kg given orally for 7 days) reduced the airway respoasiveaess of the sensitized guinea. pigs statistically with great decrease of percentage of bypodease eosinophils and epithelial cells in BALF . It was concluded that tripholide could decrese airway respon- siveness of sensitized guinea pigs by the mechanism of inhibition of eosinophils activation and reduction of airway epithelium injury.
