重组白细胞介素1对系膜细胞产生与表达白细胞介素6的影响

Effect of rIL - 1 on bioactivity and gene expression of IL - 6 in mesangial cells

采用ＩＬ－６依赖细胞株ＫＤ＿８３，与Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｍｂｌｏｔ方法观察了重组ＩＬ－Ｉ对人胎肾小球系膜细胞产生与表达ＩＬ－６ｍＲＮＡ的影响，结果表明，重组ＩＬ－１加入系膜细胞培养体系后，ＩＬ－６活性与ｍＲＮＡ表达均明显高于对照组，提示重组ＩＬ－１可促进系膜细胞产生与表达ＩＬ－６。

The effect of rlL - 1 on bioactivity and gene expression of IL - 6 of hu- man fetal glomerular mesangial cells (MC) was studied by using IL - 6 dependent hybridome cell line KD_(83) cell and Northern blot, The results showed that after addition of rlL - 1 2000U/ml to the cultures the IL - 6 bioactivity and mRNA expression were much higher than that of the controls (P<0.01), indicatiag that rlL - 1 may promote autocrine of IL - 6 in MC.
