美国教育进展评估2009科学评估框架及启示 被引量:3

摘要 美国教育进展评估(NAEP)是全国性学业成就评估体系,是美国进行基础教育质量监控的重要手段,它具有较高的国际影响与学术价值。本文通过评析 NAEP2009科学评估框架,并对比其与NAEP2005科学评估框架的区别,试图为我国建立全国性学业成就评估体系、制定教育评价质量保障程序、提升学业成就评价的命题技术等提供借鉴。
