从自在自发到自由自觉——我国教师生存方式的转型

From spontaneity to consciousness——On the transformation of teachers' way of life in China

我国教师孕育于传统文化,其在日常教学生活中,经验消解了理性,重复消解了创新,重压消解了激情,从众消解了个性,因而我国教师生存方式是一种自在自发的生存。我国的教育改革呼唤教师生存方式的转型:由自在自发转向自由自觉,实现教师理性化的、创造性的和个性化的生存,这需要通过文化启蒙、制度规范以及教师的自我反思才能得以实现。

In our country, the way of life of teachers given birth from traditional culture is spontaneous existence. Because in daily teaching life, experience replaces rationality, repetition replaces innovation, trend-following replaces personality. Depending on culture enlightenment, rules and self-reflection, the way of teachers＇ life from spontaneous to conscious will come true.
