摘要
沥青混合料再生利用有利于处理废料和保护环境,降低工程造价,在国内外被普遍应用。文章从再生沥青混合料配合比设计方面进行总结,提出控制要点。根据室内试验和工程实践,得出应用真空饱水法测定混合料的最大理论相对密度的合理性,并提出了矿料间隙率的计算方法以及动稳定度的建议指标。
The asphalt mixture recycling is advantageous to waste treatment and environment protection, and is able to lower project cost, so being applied generally at home and abroad. The paper sums up the proportioning design of asphalt mixture recycling, poses the essentials for control. According to test in lab and practice of project there has been gained the maximum theoretical rationality of relative density of mixture, which is determined by vacuum water saturating method. It presents still the numerical procedures for mineral aggregate and the proposal indexes of dynamic stability.
