Study of Water Transportation Developing over 11 th Five -Year Plan

摘通过对辽宁“十五”期间的水运发展状况研究，总结了发展经验，分析了辽宁水运发展存在的问题和不足。在此基础上，提出了“十一五”辽宁水运的发展目标，并就保障水运发展的措施提出了自己的见解。

By means of studying the water transportation developing over lOth Five - Year Plan in Liaoning Province, the paper sums up experiences of development, analyzes existing problems and insufficiency. On this basis, it puts forward developing target for water transportation in Liaoning Province over 11 t Five -Year Plan, and advances own ideas on measures guaranteeing the development of water transport.
