浅谈加大对农村公路桥梁的建设

Simple Talking about Enlarging Construction of Rural Highway Bridges

根据党的十六届五中全会提出建设社会主义新农村的目标和任务，针对山区特殊的地理环境和农民的实际需求，提出在建设农村公路的同时，应把在无构造物河流上修建桥梁作为重中之重，加大有河无桥地区桥梁的建设。

Based on objective and tasks of building socialist new countryside, which have been put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of Sixteenth Central Committee, aiming at special geographical conditions in mountain area and practical demand of peasants, the paper presents that, together with building the new countryside ,it is necessary to take building the bridge over river without structure as most important mission, strengthening the bridge construction in area where there＇s only river but without bridge.
