An Analysis on the Relationship between Diversification Strategies and Firm Value——Empirical Evidence from China's Listed Tourism Companies

摘要利用旅游行业上市公司2001～2004年的数据，运用EVIEWS5．0，选择面板数据固定效应模型进行回归分析，实证检验旅游上市公司多元化经营战略与公司价值之间的关系。结果表明：旅游上市公司的投资多元化战略显著提高了公司价值。 Using the data of Chinese listed firms related to tourism industry during 2001 - 2004, based on panel data model, this paper makes an empirical test on the relationship between diversification and finn value. The result shows that the diversification strategies improve finn value markedly.
