Revamp and application of exit roller table in CA line

针对CA生产线套筒输出辊道装置原设计上存在的严重缺陷,进行理论分析和相关数据统计,对套筒辊道进行全新改进,改造后的套筒辊道装置年故障率基本为零。为今后相应的机械设备改造提供参考。

In light of serious defects existing in the original design of the exit sleeve, roller table of the CA line, a comprehensive revamp on the sleeve exit roller table has been carried out on the basis of the theoretical analysis and statistics on the reactive data. The annual trouble rate of the facility has been cut down to zero since the revamp, thus providing very valuable reference for revamp on the mechanical facility of the similar kind.
