三七总皂苷分散片原料药的初步筛选

Preliminary Screening of Crude of PNS Dispersible Tablet

目的:对三七总皂苷分散片的原料药进行初步筛选。方法:按照WS3-B-3590-98标准采用薄层色谱扫描法,进行三七总皂苷中人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1的含量测定,并测定其干燥失重。结果:维和药业的三七总皂苷Rg1、Rb1的含量及干燥失重符合WS3-B-3590-98标准的要求,而YY药业的三七总皂苷中未能检出Rb1,且干燥失重超过5%.结论:在制备工艺研究过程中采用维和药业的三七总皂苷进行投料。

Objective ： Preliminary screening the best crude drugs of PNS dispersible tablet. Method ： According to the standard WS3 - B - 3590 - 98, TLSC was adopted to determine the contents of ginsenoside Rb1, ginsenoside Rg1, in Panax notoginseng saponions and the loss on drying was tested. Results： The content of ginsenoside Rb1 , ginsenoside Rg1 , in Panax notoginseng saponions and loss on drying determined by WEIHE Pharmaceutical industry was correspond to WS3 -B -3590 -98 standard, but been hadn＇t determined the contents of ginsenoside Rb1 by YY Pharmaceutical industry also the loss weight of dryness was more than 5%. Conclusion： In the preparation process, PNS come from WEIHE Pharmaceutical industry was suitable for putting into production.
