Determination of the Psoralen in Bushen Yinao Capsules By Dual Wavelength TLCS

目的:研究补肾益脑胶囊含量测定方法。方法:应用双波长薄层扫描法测定补肾益脑胶囊中补骨脂素含量,展开剂为正己烷—醋酸乙酯(15∶2),紫外灯365nm下定位。扫描条件:λS=300nm,λR=370nm。结果:方法各项检测指标均符合规定,平均回收率98.1%,RSD为1.67%(n=5)。结论:为该制剂质量分析提供了可靠的定量方法。

Objective： To establish the method of determining psoralen in Bushen Yinao Capsules. Methods： dual-wavelength TLCS was used＇ for the determination of the content of the psoralen in Bushen Yinao Capsules. The developer is V （n-Hexane Hexane） ： V （adefovir dipivoxil） = 15： 2. Detection wavelength： λS = 300nm, Reference wavelength： λR = 370nm. Results： This method showed a good linear relationship in the ranges of 1.0 - 5.0μg and the average recoveries was 98.1% , RSD was 1.67% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion： The method is practicl in quality control of Bushen Yinao Capsules.
