关于我国现行民事诉讼级别管辖制度的思考

级别管辖制度是民事诉讼管辖制度的重要组成部分。我国现行级别管辖制度在司法实践中存在着诸多需要完善的问题,应对现行的级别管辖划分标准和管辖第一审民事案件、管辖权下放性转移等规定进一步改进。

Differential jurisdiction is an important component part in the jurisdictional system of our country＇s civil litigation. The existing system of it in practice needs to be bettered. We should further improve the system of the differential jurisdiction of our country from its standard, civil cases and devolution of jurisdiction power etc.
