摘要
融资结构与公司治理是公司理论和实践中两个至关重要的问题,二者之间互相制约、互相协调,共同影响着公司价值最大化的实现。根据我国的实际情况可以通过优化企业的融资结构,改善资本市场来实现对公司治理结构的改进和治理绩效的提高。
The financial structure and corporate governance are two most important issues in corporate theory and in practic. They restrict and coordinate with each other, affecting the realization of the maximization of corporate value together. Based on the practical problems in our country, we can improve corporate governance structure and enhance governing performance by optimizing the corporation＇s financial structure and reforming capital market.
