摘要
现阶段我国旅行社已难以适应日益变化的消费者需求,存在着产品设计危机、信誉危机、人才危机等。要解决危机,旅行社必须掌握市场竞争的法则,树立起符合消费者需求的经营管理理念。
At present, our travel agency can not meet the needs of various customers. In order to solve all kinds of crises, such as crisis in product design, credit, and talents, etc. , travel agency should master the rules of market competition and foster ideas suitable for customers' needs.
