摘要
以磺酸盐类物质为改性单体,采用共聚法制得水溶性聚酯(WSP),用FTIR、DSC、X射线衍射等测试分析方法对WSP进行表征;研究WSP中改性单体的添加量对其水溶性能、结晶性能及热性能的影响。研究结果表明:通过傅里叶红外变换光谱分析确定了分子链中SO的存在,由此证明SIPE参加了共聚反应;增加改性单体的用量可有效提高共聚酯的水溶性,但其对共聚酯的结晶不利。
Water-soluble polyester (WSP) was prepared by adding modifying monomer with sulfonic group through copolymerization .And the WSP was characterized by FTIR,DSC and X-ray. The effects of modifying monomer on WSP's water-solubility and crystallization and thermal property were studied. And the resuhs show that the existence of S ~0 in the molecular chain is confirmed by FTIR, thus proving that SIPE has participated in the copolymerization; and increasing modifying monomer improves the water-solubility of polyester effectively, but it is disadvantageous to its crystallization.
