通过探讨时间因素在服装生产制造中的重要作用,从柔性服装生产工艺与快捷服装生产组织方式的角度,分析研究在服装生产制造中如何通过实施成组技术、计算机工艺规程设计、快速生产传动方式、延迟制造等方法缩短产品生产制造时间,实现在精确的数量、质量和时间的条件下作出及时快速反应;并提出通过产品和流程的标准化缩短产品制造时间,以及通过改善物流、信息流在各个环节的流动,减少非增值环节,实现制造系统的简化和整合,对于服装生产企业有一定现实意义和应用价值。

The paper discusses the significant function of time factor in fashion manufacturing enterprise, studies how to shorten garment manufacturing time, how to implement grouping technique, CAD, rapid transfer for realizing quick response in precise quantity, quality and delivery from flexible production process of garment. It proposes the concept of standardization of product manufacturing for shortening lead time, coupled with melioration of logistic and information flow, cut of non-value-added ring, and simplification of manufacturing process. It has certain realistic significance and applied value for garment manufacturing enterprises.
