病历摘要
患者女性,34岁。于2006年9月28日（入我院前50d）出现右手指“捏动样”不自主运动（舞蹈病）,不能完成精细动作如拿筷子、缝衣服，未就诊；10月4日上午因情绪波动出现右上肢大幅度不自主运动，伴眨眼、张口、扮鬼脸等动作，情绪稳定后症状可部分缓解。于当地医院诊断为“脑炎”、“甲亢”，静脉注射无环鸟苷500mg／d及地塞米松10mg／d;
