摘要
室温下测量并研究了晶态和非晶态Y1.6SiO5:Eu03.+4的激发和发射光谱,发现Y1.6SiO5:Eu03.+4呈现5D0→7F0,5D0→7F1,5D0→7F2跃迁发光光谱.在非晶态时5D0→7F0跃迁发光峰位于579 nm;5D0→7F1跃迁光谱呈现宽峰,峰值位于587nm;5D0→7F2呈现一个强的发射单峰位于612nm.晶态时5D0→7F0发光峰强度及峰位不变,5D0→7F1发射光谱分裂成三重尖峰,5D0→7F2发光峰相对强度减弱,在长波段呈现新的发射峰.
Excitation and emission spectra of crystal and amorphous Y1.6SiO5:Eu0.4^3+ were measured at room temperature. It is found that Y1.6SiO5:Eu0.4^3+ prepared in the experiment shows the emission spectra of SD0→^7TF0 ,^5D0→^7F1 ,^5D0→^7F2 transitions. In the amorphous samples, emission peak of the ^5D0→^7F0 transition is located at 579 nm, the s D0→^7F1 transition at 587nm shows a broad emission peak, and strong emission single peak at 612nm corresponds to SD0→^7F2 transition. However, in Y1.6SiO5:Eu0.4^3+ crystal, emitting speactrum of SD0→^7F0 transition is almost unchanged, SD0→^7F1 transition, which is mainly magnetically allowed, is split from a broad single peak into sharp triple peak, and the strong emission at 612nm corresponding to 5D0 →^7F2 transition is weakerled and displays a new shoulder peak at the longer wavelength.
