术前腹腔灌注化疗对卵巢上皮性癌微血管密度的影响

The Effect of Preoperational Intraperitoneal Perfusion Chemotherapy on Microvessel Density in Epithelial Ovarian Carcinoma

目的分析评价术前腹腔灌注化疗对卵巢癌生物学行为的影响,并探讨其对肿瘤细胞影响的作用机制。方法28例卵巢癌患者随机分成术前腹腔灌注化疗组(12例)和对照组(16例)。术前腹腔灌注化疗均采用单次腹腔穿刺注入顺铂100mg,氟脲嘧啶750mg。全部患者均接受手术治疗,切除标本分别行常规病理检查及免疫组织化学染色(Ⅷ因子相关抗原染色)测定卵巢癌组织微血管密度(MVD)。微血管密度计数采用Weidner方法分别计数癌中心及癌旁组织的微血管数。结果术前腹腔灌注化疗组卵巢癌组织中心及癌旁组织的MVD分别为40.46±7.06,52.27±18.40;对照组卵巢癌组织中心及癌旁组织的MVD分别为46.09±12.21,73.44±22.06。两组之间癌旁组织的MVD值差异有显著性(P<0.05)。癌组织中心差异无统计学意义。结论术前腹腔灌注化疗可以降低卵巢癌癌旁组织的微血管密度。

Objective To analyse and evaluate the effect of preoperational intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy on biological behavior in the patients of ovarian cancer, and to investigate the functional mechinatism of enffect to tumor cells. Methods Twenty-eight cases of patients were randomly selected, in which 12 cases were intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy group, and 16 cases were control group. Preoperational intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy use the method of single intrapetitoneal perfusion with Cisplatin 100mg and Fluorouracilum 750mg. All the patients accepted operation, the ablated samples were for the routine psythology and immunohistochemistry method（Ⅷ factor related antigen dyeing）determine the ovarian cancer tissue microvessel density（MVD） . MVD count use Weidner method count cancer center and cancer around tissue respectively. Results The MVD group of the preoperational intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy ovarian cancer tissue center and cancer around tissue were 46.09 ± 12. 21,73.44 ± 22.66.The prcopcrational intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy group MVD value in the cancer around tissue were significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） . The difference between the two groups of the cancer tissue center didn＇t have statistic value. Conclusion Prcoperational intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy can reduce the microvessel density of the cancer around tissue.
