法律语言的二维性——精确性和模糊性共同存在法律语言中,但两者并不是无差异地分布在所有法律语言中。分析立法语言,发现精确性法律语言更广泛地分布在程序法中,而模糊性法律语言主要体现在实体法中。

Legal language, as one of branches of language accuracy linguistics, has its special features. Bi -dimensions of legal and vagueness are reflected in the legal language at the same time. They, however, are not distributed with parallel in all the legal language. Through analysis of the legislative language, we find that the accurate legal language is mostly used in the procedure law while the fuzzy legal language is mainly written in the substantive law.
