摘要
办学理念是高校办学的灵魂。要创新办学理念,提升高校办学水平,必须紧紧抓住特色性、前沿性、综合性、交叉性与生态性五个学科理念,提升人才培养水平,提升高校管理效率。
Educational concept is the core of education quality of higher education. We should adhere to the characteristic, advanced, comprehensive, interdisciplinary and ecologic education. Much importance also should be attached to improving the educating level and administration efficiency in the colleges and universities.
