生命控制感对内外在控制感与心理健康之间关系的调节和中介作用

The Moderating and Mediating Effects of Life Control on the Relation between Locus of Control and Psychological Well-being

本研究的目的是检验生命控制感对内在控制感和外在控制感与心理健康之间关系的调节和中介作用。所使用的测量工具有:生命控制感量表(LCS),内外在控制感量表(LOCS),自尊量表(SES)和一般健康问卷(GHQ-20)。被试为来自北京市三所高校的788名大学生。研究结果为:生命控制感对内在控制感和外在控制感与自尊和一般健康状况之间的关系均存在调节作用,但不存在中介作用。研究结论是:生命控制感对于内在控制感和外在控制感与心理健康之间的关系具有调节作用,但不具中介作用。

The aim of this study is to examine the moderating and mediating effects of life control in the relation between locus of control and psychological well-being. The measures of life control and locus of control are the Life Control Scale and the Locus of Control Scale, and the measures of psychological well-being are Self-esteem Scale and GHQ-20. In the main study, 788 undergraduates from three specific universities in Beijing were the subjects. Findings of the study totally confirm the moderating effects of life control in the relation of self-eateem and general mental health with locus of control, but totally deny the mediating effects. The conclusion is that life control exerts the moderating effects in the relation between locus of control and psychological well-being, but no mediating effects are suggested.
