宪法概念是学习和研究宪法学的基础和出发点,也是构建宪法学理论体系的逻辑起点。如何定义宪法是法学界要解决的难题之一。本文以宪法学界常见的宪法定义作为分析基础,旨在探求给宪法概念下定义的基本方法,以期为研究宪法概念提供方法论思考。

Constitutional definitions are the base and starting point to learn and study a constitutional theory as well as a logical starting point to build a constitutional theory system. How to define a constitution is a hard nut for the legal community to crack. The writing, on the basis of the usual definition of constitution in the constitutional community attempts to explore the methods to define a constitution in hope of providing methods to study constitutional concepts.
