摘要
用“架上雕塑”的思想与方法来对待和处理城市雕塑已成为制约我国城市雕塑整体水平进一步提升的主要瓶颈。其实,作为公共艺术形态的城市雕塑,重要特征在于公共性及其与城市环境的联结与共生。城市雕塑建设作为一种表达公众艺术追求、反映市民文化意识的公共性事件,通常是多方决策,其操作实施需要有相应的法律法规、协调制度和组织机构来提供保障。
It is argued that treating urban sculpture as private sculpture has restricted its upgrading in China.With a comparison between urban sculpture and private sculpture,this paper discusses the publicity of urban sculpture and the symbiotic combination of urban sculpture with its surroundings,and also discusses urban sculpture in the perspective of legislation,organization,and management.
