The basic service of NGN is speech, and the main factors affected the speech quality decided by many aspects, mainly including delay, packet loss, jitter and so on. The quality of the speech will directly affect the choice of the user to the operator. Therefore, how to analysis and evaluate speech service quality of NGN is extremely imoortant.
