摘要
目的:探讨兔视网膜中度冲击伤后血视网膜屏障的形态变化及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和地塞米松的治疗作用。方法:建立兔视网膜中度冲击伤动物模型,采用硝酸镧示踪剂观察伤后血视网膜屏障的改变及药物治疗效果。结果:视网膜中度冲击伤后部分视网膜色素上皮细胞及感光细胞损害,血视网膜屏障轻度破坏和示踪剂向视网膜内渗漏,SOD及大剂量地塞米松治疗可明显减轻兔视网膜组织的损伤,缩短病程,改善其功能。结论:SOD及大剂量地塞米松对兔视网膜中度冲击伤有显著治疗效果。
Objective: To observe the morphological changes of blood retinal barrier (BRB) after retinal moderate blast injury and the therapeutic effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and dexamethasone on them. Methods: After the model of retinal moderate blast injury was established in rabbits, the morphological changes of BRB and the therapeutic effects of SOD and dexamethasone on them were observed with colloidal lanthanum tracing. Results: A part of retinal pigment epithelium cells, rod cells and cone cells were damaged and slight damage of BRB as shown by the leakage of lanthanum tracing into retina was seen. SOD and large dosed dexamethason could remarkably abate the injury of the retina, shorten the course of recovery and improve the retinal function. Conclusion: SOD and large dosed dexamethason can exert marked therapeutic effects on retinal moderate blast injury.
