摘要
在垂直管谷物流动实验台及测试系统中,对谷物流场进行测试分析,获得不同粒径谷物颗粒的动力学参数,结合数值分析方法,计算出不同粒径谷物颗粒的流动化开始风速和悬浮速度.运用数字信号处理手段,在不同加载量和风速下,对压力脉动信号的频谱进行分析,讨论了压力脉动信号与谷物加载量的关系.
Experiment in the platform of flow grain system, flow characteristics of different size particles was obtained. Accurate calculation of suspension velocity and minimal fluidization speed can be obtained by means of numerical analysis. Pressure fluctuation signal was tested by spectrum analysis. Properties and components of pressure fluctuation signals were studied.
