摘要
目的:了解结肠癌缺失基因(DCC基因)在原发肝癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用多聚酶链延伸反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)方法对30例外科手术切除原发肝癌标本DCC基因杂合缺失(LOH)进行分析。结果:28例信息个体中检出LOH7例,占25.0%。DCC基因LOH与临床病理参数和HBV感染无显著相关。结论:DCC基因LOH可能参与了原发肝癌的发生发展。
Objective: To explore the role of the loss of heterozygosity (LOH) of DCC gene in the occurrence and development of primary hepatocellular cancer (HCC). Methods: LOH of DCC genetic locus was studied in 30 surgically resected specimens of HCC with PCR RFLP technique. Results: LOH was detected in 7 (25.0%) out of the 28 informative individuals. No significant correlation was found among LOH of DCC gene, clinical parameters and HBV infection. Conclusion: LOH of DCC gene may be involved in the occurrence and development of HCC.
