非公有制中小企业的安全生产事故总量居高不下,重特大恶性事故频发,职业危害相当严重。消除安全生产事故:加强源头管理,把好市场准入关;加快监管体系建设,创新监管方式和手段;强化企业安全主体地位,加强安全生产规章制度建设;发挥安全生产中介机构作用,加强群众监督和舆论监督。

Accidents in production in private medium and small enterprises are always high.There have occurred frequent serious accidents,which cause serious occupational hazards.To eliminate the accidents,we should strengthen the management from the beginning with strict approval of market access;speed up the construction of monitoring mechanism by innovating ways and means of monitoring;strengthen a dominant position of safe production,and the construction of regulations and systems of safety production;reinforce the role of intermediary agencies of safety production and thd monitoning role of the masses and thd media.
