摘要
测定了3种塑料牙盖嵴面经4种预处理方法处理后塑料牙与基托树脂的剪切粘接强度,结果表明,涂氯仿组的粘接强度明显大于对照组,而且,氯仿的效果更优于单体。
Strong bonding strength between the acrylic resin teeth and denture base resin is extremely important for a good dentune. In this study, three types of commercial available resin teeth and one base resin material were used and the effects of four surface treatment methods, (A) grinding, (B) grinding+chloroform, (C) chloroform, (D) methyl methacrylate, and (F) no treatment as the control, on the bonding strength of the resin teeth to the denture base were investigated. All resin teeth treated with method B, C,D demonstrated stronger shear bonding strength than the untreated. Method B and C were more effective than D ( P <0.01), and no significant difference was found between method B and C.The results indicate that application of chloroform on the ridge lap area of resin teeth is a simple and effective treatment.
