摘要
系统地论述了技术创新的消费需求效应、投资需求效应和出口需求效应,提出技术创新可以更有效地提升中、高收入阶层的边际消费倾向,减缓平均消费倾向的下降幅度,阻止消费缺口的进一步拉大;可以更有力地拉动投资需求的增长,从而有效地促进快速经济增长。针对当前我国最终消费需求不足的问题,提出要从单纯的需求管理向重视技术创新的需求效应转变。
Systematically elaborated,the consumption demand effect,the investment demand effect and theexport demand effect of technological innovation, proposed that, technological innovation wouldeffectively promote growth of marginal propensity to consume( MPC)of the middle and high class, slow down the descend range of average propeasity to consume (APC), hold back the gap of consumption furtherenlarging;would more powerfully draw growth of investment demand, thus promote fast economical growtheffectively. Aiming at the problem of insufficiency of finally consunmption demand in present China,proposed transformation from pure demand management to recognition of demand effect of technological innovation.
