干细胞移植治疗动脉缺血性疾病的观察及护理

摘要 动脉硬化闭塞症是一种退行性病变,是大、中动脉的基本病理过程,主要是细胞、纤维基质、脂质和组织碎片的异常沉积,在动脉内膜或中层增生过程中复杂的病理变化。经典的治疗方法主要有药物、内膜剥脱术、旁路转流术和球囊扩张支架成形术等,但均有一定指征、创伤和局限性。肢体外周血干细胞移植是下肢动脉缺血性疾病最有前景的方法。
