摘要
通过4个品种水稻愈伤组织的诱导、继代与分化,研究了稻曲病病原菌粗毒素为选择压力进行抗稻曲病突变体的筛选的可行性。结果表明,供试的水稻各品种在细胞水平的抗性与田间的抗性相一致,因而可以以制备的稻曲病菌粗毒素为选择压力进行抗病突变体的筛选。对得到的抗性愈伤组织的抗性稳定性进行了鉴定。结果表明,继代后愈伤组织的抗性仍得到了保持并得到了分化植株。这说明毒素筛选体系是目前最成熟的一种方法。
The induction ,subculture and differentiation of the callus of four paddy flee varieties were conducted to study the feasibility of screening the mutant against false smut disease with the cnde toxin of Ustilaginoidea virens (Cke.) Tak. as the selection pressure. The resul indicated that the rsistance of cell level was consistent with resistance in the field amnong the tested rice varieties. Thus, the prepared crude toxin of Ustiloginoidea vlrens could be used as selection pressure to screen the mutant with disease resistance. The identification on the resistance stability of the obtained callus with resistance showed that the resistance of callus after subculture could still be maintained and the differentiation plantlets were obtained, suggesting that the toxin screening system was the most mature method at present.
